How To Get To Eastwood City?

Eastwood City in Libis, Quezon City is one of the fastest growing combined-residential-and-commercial areas in the metro. Eastwood currently hosts more than a dozen luxury condominiums and prime business buildings and still has some properties under development. 

Eastwood City is home to the following attractions:
1. Eastwood Mall - one of the posh malls in the metro and the wide garden in front of the mall hosts occasional concerts and parties. The mall's veranda and ground floor hosts a variety of highly recommended restaurants (see list below the directions section)
2. Eastwood City Walk 1 and City Walk 2 and Fuente Circle
3. Eastwood Cinemas - Take your dates and the family to one of the most comfortable cinemas in the metro. And now, they are offering 3D Cinema! Eastwood Cinema 1,2,3,4 are in Citywalk 2 while Gold Cinema 5 and 6, as well as Ultra Cinema 7 are in Eastwood Mall.
4. Eastwood Central Plaza - This activity area is for the young and young-at-hearts. Go there at any evening and you will be able to catch small concerts and happenings. 
5. Commercial buildings such as IBM, Citibank, Epixtar, and Cyberone

Directions on how to get to Eastwood City:
*Remember that Eastwood is along C-5. The nearest perpendicular road is Boni Serrano and Ortigas. Nearest MRT Stations are Ortigas, Santolan, and Cubao.

From the North (QC area and up):

Option 1. Take a bus going south (Baclaran or Alabang) or MRT and go down at Cubao. There are jeepneys coming from Cubao going to Rosario, Pasig (and Antipolo area) that passes through C-5 area. These jeepneys are the only ones plying through C-5. Nearest MRT and LRT2 station to Eastwood would be the Cubao Station.

Option 2. You can also opt to just take the MRT or bus (going to Baclaran or Alabang) and get down at the Santolan Station on EDSA and either a) ride a Jeepney to Gate 1 Camp Aguinaldo and then ride a jeepney again to Eastwood or b) take a taxicab going to Eastwood City

Option 3. There are FX taxis by Quezon Avenue (McDonald's) going to Eastwood.
Option 4. There are FX taxis by PhilCOA that also go to Eastwood (from around 6-10am). These can be located below the footbridge beside Petron and Landbank, and across McDonald's and Jollibee.

From the South (Makati, etc) and Rizal Area:

Option 1. There are jeepneys coming from Rosario, Pasig going to Cubao that passes through the C-5 Area. This jeepneys are the only ones plying through C-5.

Option 2. If you are commuting from Ortigas(EDSA area), you can take the jeepney or the GreenStar bus line (these are the green buses) going to Rosario, Cainta, or Antipolo area (passing through Ortigas Avenue) from Robinson's Galleria and go down at the intersection of Ortigas and C-5 (this area is commonly called as "I.P.I." when taking the jeepney). From the corner, you can cross and take the Cubao-bound jeepneys.

Option 3. During the morning and afternoon on weekdays, FX taxis bound to Eastwood can be found in the EDSA parking lot of Robinson's Galleria. These FX taxis are there from 7-11am and 530-8pm.

Option 4. You can take the MRT going to Ortigas and follow either #1, 2, or 3.

Option 5. You can take the MRT going to Shaw Blvd and ride a jeepney bound for Ugong, Pasig or Antipolo/Binangonan (make sure the jeepney will pass by IPI). Go down at the intersection of C-5 and Ortigas (usually called IPI), cross to the other side and ride a jeepney bound for Cubao. Ask to be dropped off at Citibank (Eastwood).

If you are coming from further south - Baclaran or Alabang, ride a bus going to Monumento or Fairview and follow steps in "From the South" directions.
If you are in the Tiendesitas area, you can just walk a bit to the corner of Ortigas and C-5 and wait for the Cubao-bound jeepneys to go to Eastwood.

For private vehicles: Eastwood City is along C-5 Road past Ortigas Avenue and before Boni/Santolan Avenue. The area is not traffic-heavy during normal days but make sure to reserve some ample time if you travel during the Holidays, particularly to days near Christmas. Parking is available in every building in Eastwood but to be sure park near the malls.

Of course, you can ride a taxicab from any area around the metro and just mention "Eastwood" or "Libis" and the driver already knows where to go.
